The artwork of Jill Gotschalk reflects the experience she has had as an illustrator for the last 30 years.  Jill’s favorite medium is acrylics.  She loves the bright colors that make her paintings vivid. Her technique is to build texture and color and then do a light sanding to reveal what’s underneath to give her paintings a three dimensional look.  Jill's paintings are dreamy and inspired by the space between sleep and awake. Jill hopes her paintings make you laugh, think and yearn for the outdoors.
